If you installed Lumber Liquidators flooring in your home, you might consider ordering a kit to test for formaldehyde based upon concerns raised in a recent 60 Minutes episode (video)⎯though the New York Times article indicates the company has yet to determine what measures (if any) might be taken in the event of high test results.
The Lumber Liquidators website didn’t have any prominent link to a test kit request, but I was able to find this link through a web search, or presumably you can just contact their customer service department.
60 Minutes also released an update to their story and their website currently links to a California Environmental Protection Agency fact sheet about composite flooring.
