Technology for Sellers

Technology has transformed the way real estate is bought and sold in just a few short years. Every month brings new options and new features for brokers and sellers. Here are the core products we use for our listings.


We recommend sellers participate in the multiple listing service (MLS) powered by FlexMLS to secure the most exposure for their property. The MLS is the system that houses the majority of listings in our market and is the database that drives many of the popular real estate websites.



We offer Supra lockboxes from United Technologies to provide secure key storage for brokers to access your home when showing their clients homes. The Supra app brokers use to open lockboxes notifies us in real time when the box is accessed and allows us to retain a history of every showing.



Sellers can opt-in to the Showing Time software that allows you to easily confirm showings either by text message or the provided Showing Time app. In addition to streamlining the scheduling process, Showing Time allows us to set custom day or time restrictions based upon individual seller needs, and provides us an opportunity to collect feedback from brokers who showed the property.


Listing syndication

We use ListHub to distribute listing information and photos (and any subsequent changes) to hundreds of real estate websites—including, Zillow, Trulia, and more. Using syndication we can ensure your listing showings up where buyers are searching.


electronic signature

Our brokers offer either DocuSign or Authentisign options for electronically signing documents via computer, tablet, or phone. Electronic signing allows you to sign from anywhere you can access the internet.



Our brokers utilize either ZipForm Plus or Transaction Desk to produce transaction documents and agreements. Both products ensure clear, readable, and up to date forms.
